I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were more than we paid for, soundproof for outside noise but not for other guests slamming doors. They were clean, had functional air conditioning, complimentary tea and coffee, and opening windows.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the ugly view from the window was a downside. It lacked a refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was great, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The location was good, within walking distance of key attractions and amenities. The dining options were good, although a bit overpriced in my opinion.

The service is exceptional, going the extra mile and offering a variety of amenities. The location is excellent, close to the train station and main attractions but parking can be challenging. The dining options are good with a positive note for the Nespresso machine. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance from the old town with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and kind, even offering us extra time for checkout. However, the view overlooking the car park was not the most pleasant. Overall, a good value for money option in Annecy.

The hotel had a strong cigarette smell coming out of the ventilation system in the rooms, but the air conditioning helped us survive the heatwave. The beds were great and comfy, making sleep bearable despite the smell. The service was immediate in checking us in, but the attitude towards English speakers was unfriendly. The location was conveniently close to public transport and city center attractions. The dining options were overpriced with limited availability at times.
